Who we are

These terms govern your use of the website at ssss.astroabhisheksoni.com and all astrology services offered through it. The services are provided by Abhishek Soni, sole proprietor, operating under the practice name Astrologer Abhishek Soni, with a principal place of business in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

What we offer

We offer paid astrology consultation services and free online calculators. Paid services include:

• Janma Kundli — natal birth chart analysis and interpretation.
• Numerology — name and birth-number analysis.
• Sade Sati — Saturn transit analysis and its effects on your moon sign.
• Kundli Match Making — compatibility assessment for two individuals based on their birth charts.
• Marriage Astrology — timing, compatibility, and relationship analysis.
• Muhurta — selection of auspicious dates and times for important events.
• Remedies — classical Jyotisha-based remedial suggestions (gemstones, mantras, lifestyle adjustments).

Free calculators are provided as informational tools without warranty. Paid readings are the primary service.

What we do not offer

To be explicit about the scope of this service:

• We do not predict dates of death or serious illness.
• We do not guarantee specific life outcomes. Astrology is interpretive, not deterministic.
• We do not replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological professionals. Nothing in a reading constitutes medical advice, legal advice, or investment advice.
• We do not provide black-magic, tantric, or occult services of any kind.
• We do not claim to "solve" problems through rituals performed on your behalf for a fee.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a paid reading. For Kundli Match Making, the service requires the birth data of two individuals, and we require confirmation that both individuals consent to the reading.

By submitting a booking, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Booking and payment

All bookings must be paid in advance through the Razorpay payment gateway. A slot is provisionally held for 30 minutes from the time of booking initiation; if payment is not completed within that period, the slot is released.

Prices are as displayed on the pricing section of the homepage at the time of booking. GST is applied where required under applicable law; the applicable tax amount will be displayed at checkout.

Service delivery

Written readings are delivered within five business days of confirmed payment. Live consultation sessions are scheduled within seven business days of confirmed payment, subject to availability. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays.

Readings are delivered primarily via WhatsApp. If WhatsApp delivery fails, we will deliver by email. If you have a preferred delivery method, specify it in the notes at intake.

If delivery will be delayed beyond the stated timeline, we will communicate proactively via your registered contact details.

Cancellations and refunds

Our refund policy is set out in full at /refund-policy/. The key points are: full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment before work begins; partial refund (50%) if the chart has been computed but the reading not yet delivered; no refund after delivery, except in the case of an acknowledged factual error on our part (in which case we re-deliver at no cost).

User responsibilities

The accuracy of an astrology reading depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. Please supply your date, time, and place of birth as accurately as possible from your birth certificate or other reliable record. We cannot correct a reading that is based on incorrect input data you supplied unless you notify us of the correct data before delivery begins.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any partner birth data supplied for Match Making. By providing a third party's data, you confirm you have their consent.

Intellectual property

The reading document we produce for you is for your personal use. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the reading without our written permission. The astrological interpretation, written analysis, and presentation are the intellectual work product of Abhishek Soni.

The website, calculators, and associated source code are similarly proprietary. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce any material from this website for commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Indian Contract Act 1872 and applicable consumer protection law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the services shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific reading to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of income, relationships, or opportunity, arising from your reliance on an astrology reading.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, which cannot be excluded by contract.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, platform failures, government orders, or civil disturbances. In such cases we will notify you promptly and reschedule or refund as appropriate.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
